Yes, we are here, Boyne Island - finally! We ended up being 1 1/2hrs late due to the big dust storm in Sydney..... not so bad when we heard that other people were waiting for hours and hours or their flights being cancelled all together! For more pics, click here. After getting off the lovely air conditioned Aeroplane yesterday, we were 'hit' with a scorching 32-34deg! Something us Tassie Devils are just not used to LOL! Today is a nice 29deg, there is a little breeze which is just *nice*!
Also, recently I was involved in a Dolly Swap, and Tereasa made for me Mum's Moment doll named 'Pocket Angel' (I haven't had much of a chance to post about it before - sorry!!)! I have the pattern for this dolly and had always planned to make it, so it was a lovely surprise to open my package and find this gorgeous doll! Thankyou SO much Tereasa, I LOVE her!
Best be off, going to make our 'hosts' tea tonight!x Sarah
