After spending a bit of time there, we drove to the Exeter Bakery for lunch.
Here are Roseanne, Christine and Vicki at the Bakery:
Next stop to visit another friend Pauline at Calico Crossroads.......
Who is this nut, hoarding all the fabrics?? I think I will get in trouble showing you all this pic...... LOL
So, what was the point of the day (besides some retail therapy, and catch up of course!!)...... to choose our fabrics for our Kerry Swain Mystery Workshop next weekend!
Vicki chose hers...... But you will have to check out her blog to see what her fabric choice was:
Here is Roseanne! Hmmmmm....... STILL drooling all over the fabrics!!
Here we all are, sorting and taking pics of our choices: I am sure Christine will share hers too.......

Oh what a hoot - looks like you girls have had a great day together picking your fabrics -cant wait to see what you whip up next weekend with Kerry
Lovely company and lovely fabrics. A great day out by the looks. Looking forward to see what you make with them
Picking the fabrics was a bit daunting - Pauline has done my last two because I couldn't get up to the shop in time. Both were wonderful, so hopefully my picking will come up to scratch. I'll put a pic up on my blog later. Great catching up time yesterday!
oh have a great time next weekend...........should be lots of fun again......I did know what your making and have now forgotten but thought it was going to be wonderful as usual..........
Looks like you had some serious fun!!! ha ha.. Love that photo Razzy. You know what I did notice in the photos compared to the photo of Vicki and I when we had our catch up? All the extra clothes!!! Is it freezing down there again? It's supposed to be Spring. Love the fabrics you all chose. What a fun weekend you are going to have xx
Hi Sarah, I am looking forward to catching up with you all next weekend. I could have guessed you would go with Luna Notte - gorgeous fabrics.
Thankyou so much for coming to visit me, it was lovely to catch up with you all, Roseanne is such a a character. We are going to have a ball on our camp.
Your fabrics are beautiful.
I was pleased to get some Luna Notte fabrics in a Moda Scrap bag. They are great to sew together in strips to make bags. I love to grab a couple when Hancock's have free shipping.
What a fun day, visiting friends and Calico Crossroads! Fabric choices look fantastic! Hope you all have a great time with Kerry - looking forward to seeing your quilts.
