YAY!! I have finished......... one!

I have just finished one sock.... only one LOL!!

It took a back seat, as I had got right into making Buttons & Bows....... I totally stuffed the toe, and had to unpick it yesterday afternoon, so that I could finish it off:

I had to try it on for size...... SO warm and snugly!!
I am pretty pleased with myself and tonight I will start the second while watching tv...... hopefully it wont take as long as this one did!

sWell done Sarah! socks you say, I can just about do them blindfolded.
I am not bragging, but I have made so many pairs, at least 25, and about 12 pairs so far this year. I am over them at the moment. Keep up the knitting, and yes I had to unpull my plain knitting on my last pair, which were for my dad in Orange. I have been doing my socks in lacey patterns, but I had to do dad's socks in stocking stitch. Your socks will certainly keep your tootsies warm this winter. I have one of my pair on at the moment.

How cool is that! I just LOOOOVE hand knitted socks, so much nicer than shop made ones. Very funky colours! I got most of the band done on one sock last night, very pleased so far; and the four needles weren't so hard to juggle as I thought. *grin*

Don't do what I did and get a dose of second sock syndrome - lol ! My first pair took about a year - 2 weeks for the first and another 50 for the second :-) I love your little pink wallhanging too xx
