Some of the gifts I made for Xmas 2008

On my last day of work, both shifts come back into work to have a little party were we exchange a gift. We just bring a gift along, and place in on a table and one of the ladies writes numbers on each one, then after we have eaten we pick a number out of a 'hat'. This is the gift I made:

I bought this pattern AGES ago. Her name is 'Sarah' and is designed by Rosalie Quinlan. The lady who received her was SO excited to receive a gift from me again (she received a snowman from me a couple of years ago!!)

And this Santa was my gift to Christine M in our PT Swap. He was in a Homespun mag not so long ago and is designed by Kerry Daley.
I really enjoyed making him:

Don't you just love My Ginger??!! He is made from calico and I painted him with Coffee and a little water and hung him out to dry.
Still LOTS more to share, I will pop back again soon
x Sarah
PS: It is Pauline's birthday today, so pop over to wish her a great day.

The doll is so pretty Sarah - your friend is very lucky. The Santa looks fantastic too - great to see him finished. My Santa is sitting on the sewing room floor unstuffed and in bits - maybe I'll finish him while I'm on holidays. Looking forward to seeing your other goodies.
