With a cute Bluebird button.... I actually only started stitching this on Saturday morning, while Nan was here for her weekly cuppa...... I thought to myself, hmmmmm....... this seems a little small!! But, I kept of stitching away......
Saturday night, while watching a DVD, I got back into it a little..... thinking again that it was quite small......... Then last night, I picked it up again, started stitching away, and you guessed it, thought it was a little small compared with the others.... It was only then, that I decided to check it with the others:

But it won't go to waste will it
And I thought I was the only one who did that type of thing :) but I'm sure you will be able to put it to good use in another project.
I have never done that sort of stitchery perhaps you could explin how you trace it and what weight fabric you use .
I live in France and yhis region has no specialist patchwork shos and the fabric available is very expensive so any tips would be grately appreciated .
many thanks
UGH! I have done this before!!! I have a drawer full of blocks that I made too big. One day I am going to put all my reject blocks and make a HUGE quilt. LOL!
Bugger!!
Bugger alright! Easy mistake. Nice to find someone else doing this BOM.I am doing it as a sample for the quilt store I work at.
You could use the small one as a label for the quilt?
Woopsies! but it'll look cute made into something else!
You will have to make it into a pin cushion.
Hey Sarah! Oh how I recognise your 'blond' moment from personal experience! :0) I have a wall quilt waiting for me to have time ... and patience! ... to work out how to put it together cos some of the blocks were traced at the wrong size! Aaaarrgghh!! It's Lynette Anderson's Noah's Ark BOM that I love the stitcheries for ... just have to work out how to make it work now! Happy re-stitching. :0) Bear Hugs! KRIS
