I am back..............!!
We have had the Internet off for nearly 2 weeks due to our move, and I tell you they were LONG days! It has taken me a few days to catch up on the massive heap of emails I had received in that time and I think I have nearly caught up! Now to catch up on some blog reading!!
The move went very well, thanks for asking! We still have not fully un-packed and this may take a little bit more time and we still have a container full of shed stuff to bring around here! Maybe this weekend! We are very happy how everything has worked out, and we are loving being here..... Even Sophie - she hasn't been stressed like last time!! We had ordered ourselves a new dining table which was due n Monday/Tuesday, but now it will be next week GRRR! Oh well, these things happen!
On handover, our builders gave to us a bottle of bubbly, 2 wine glasses and these BEAUTIFUL flowers! Just lovely!
Anyway, enough about all that! I have managed to do a bit of stitching and have even managed to complete a couple of things! Those I will share later, but first I wanted to share that I sent off some stuff to the lovely Sue, who will be making for me in a paper bag swap. I decided to decorate a bag just for her:

So nice`to have you back. XXX
Sarah, I am so glad your move went smoothly!! Hope you are snug and warm in your new home. I had better get back to my sewing/TV room, it is the warmest room in the house at present. It is so chilly here in the foothills of Tamworth tonight!!!
Might do a few more rows on my hand knitted rectangular shwal. You can check it out on my blog if you like!!

Good to see you back on deck! Sounds like your builders are some of the good guys, Sarah - never heard of flowers and champers before, but what a wonderful touch!
Still, don't fancy all the stress that goes with building and renovating again, so might just go out and buy myself some flowers, LOL
And for a tease...it's all finished...looks pretty too but not a lovely as those flowers, what nice builders
