It turned out ok, but, the designs I choose from my stylus didn't quite line up the way I had hoped it would. I chose the wave and the large half circle, it started off ok, but by the time I came to the other edge it was slightly 'out'! Nothing too major really, just me being a 'fuss pot'!!
So, today I will attach the binding (hopefully) ready for hand stitching during the week.
I have SO many projects on the go, last night while watching a video I stuffed 3 dolls. Not all the same........ I have a shop sample on the go, ready for the kits......... 2 quilts to bind...... another to be quilted...... and another to start!! And they are just off the top of my head!
On shop news, I am taking PRE-ORDERS for Gail Pan's new book Baskets In Bloom at a great price.... If you would like to pre-order yours, pop over here and secure it at this price before my stock arrives and the price goes up. We had a sneak peek at the Gathering in Evendale and I must say the projects are just GORGEOUS!! International customers, please email for a postage price.
I hope you all are enjoying your weekend
x Sarah

Wow - stacked coin quilt has been quilted, I'm still trying to work up the courage to do mine and can't decide how to do it - some straight lines or to practice my freestyle machine quilting. I really need to just jump in and do it - it's a gift for a baby, shoe's not going to be fussy!!
Well done - now I should just go and sit on my sewing machine and do some sewing to catch up to you!
The quilting looks lovely Sarah!
How are the dolls going?
Well done Sarah, the quilt looks great.. xx
