Cupcake Oven Mit by Natalie Ross

Remember when I went to the Quilted Crow Gathering at Campania and started the Cupcake Ovenmit? Well, I am please to say I have finished it!!

I am SO pleased with the way it has turned out:

Look at little Alfie the mouse..... aint he cute?! I know he wants a bite of that cupcake...........

I used similar colours to Natalie's - they are very pretty fabrics! Some are of the range Ava Rose.

Here is a pic of the back, I love how it is a stripped back - something abit different from the plain backing and makes it look pretty both sides:
The pattern for this, along with a BEAUTIFUL apron, and trivet has now been released. It is called 'Cupcake Cuties" by Natalie Ross In Stitches. It was such a pleasure to make, quick and easy!
How are you going with yours Fiona?
x Sarah
PS: Happy Birthday to the lovely Jan!! I hope you are enjoying your day xx

The oven mit is so lovely - can't go wrong with the gorgeous Ava Rose fabric (what I'm using for Butterfly Garden).

I love this - I am going to have to get the pattern. I'm currently decorating our kitchen in PINK - to Jasons bemusement - and one of these would look wonderful.

LOL Sarah - Mine doesn't look like yours - Mine looks the same as it did at the gathering sadly..... I have been so busy that I had put it away and forgotten about it but yours is so lovely I will have to get it back out and finish it. Thanks for inspiring me :))
