It seems like ages ago since I started this project! My Friday ladies started this runner, and I decided to make one too as a shop sample. It took me ages to needle-turn all those pieces, ages, and in one clean swoop, it was ruined. No seriously,
Roseanne asked if I wanted her trim it for me. I said ok. Well, she accidently cut into the centre, about 2 inches in. What could I say? The look on her face.... I thought she was going to vomit! LOL.
So, it sat in a pile ever since, until recently.
You cant even notice the join! I ended up cutting the applique ends off and putting in a piece of the background. That way, there was a join on both ends.
