Here is a pic of the quilting on the back. I really love this quilty pattern: Botanical Blooms. Its florally, without being too girly.
And here is the finishe project. Fig Tree 'Tapestry' with black...... An unusual combo, and I wanted something unusual for a change!

The black border makes it look a bit oriental. Probably not for me, but still nice work.

It is amazing how using a different colour for the background can totally change the look of the other fabrics. I think it looks great and the quilting is lovely.

I think the black gives the runner a bit of a modern take without losing the loveliness of those pretty florals!
