Pin pillow

Have you seen the Patchwork and Stitching Vol: 15 No: 1 mag?  Well, my lovely friend Leanne has a super cute project in it!  As soon as I seen it, I just knew I HAD to make it...... I gathered some fabrics:

 

And, started the piecing.  I am such a pieced star lover, this one is tenny tiny, at only 4.5" sq!

 

 

And finished off into this cute Pin Pillow.

 

 

I did cheat a little, instead of doing the stitchery on the twill tape, I managed to find a measuring tape printed one and used that instead. 

 

So there you have it, my new pincushion!
