A parliament
Did you know a group of Owls is known as a 'Parliament'? I did but forgot. It was only from a comment on my IG that I remembered! Here I have a parliament of 4 Minkee owls I made last week! These are made from Minkee, felt and fabric. Raw edge applique was used... I am really enjoying this method!
