Weekend away

We were up bright and early on Friday to get ready to head out for the weekend!  Our destination, Hobart!
It was lovely and sunny when we left home (grainy iPhone pics sorry!).

When we arrived in Hobart, it was quite miserable!  We did have a wonderful view from our hotel The Grand Chancellor on the 16th floor.

Saturday morning, we spent at Salamanca Markets, where we had some breakfast, and did a bit of shopping.  We came accross this cool old fashioned band.  All dressed in old time clothes.  They sounded great, and a huge crowd had gathered!

Then we walked to the mall and had a bit of a look around and shopped!

Check out this little shop..... And it didnt sell any Budgie Smugglers either!  It was a little Milkbar - takeaway joint!  Had to take a pic LOL

The reason for our trip was to see this guy..... Guy Sebastian!  Its my Birthday next week, so it was my gift!  He was totally worth seeing..... He sounded great!  We had great seats, in the gallery, quite close too!  Another iPhone pic.... I think I zoomed in abit too close!

I saw him last time he was here, loved it. His Armageddon album is great. Today in Hobart was beautiful, sun was out and barely amcloud in the sky. Cathy was down this way too, and I didn't get to catch up with either of you :-(
