I am having some fun playing with my Thermomix. Even though I don't use it every single day, I do use it quite a bit! Coming up into the summer months, I am sure I will make the sorbet regularly! When Dad was here a couple of months ago, we enjoyed our very own Frappe - his favourite (I think Mum is trying to win him over so she can purchase one!). I have many cookbooks now and have found that some need ingredients I don't always have on hand, or some things I have not even heard of........I recently received a new one, and it is the BEST by far:
For Food's Sake by Tenina! It is just SO good! For all those Thermie lovers out there, I would highly recommend this book!

You just gave me a good idea for a Christmas present for my DIL, Sarah. She has a Thermomix and just loves it! She mainly bought it because of my grandson's food allergies. It certainly is an amazing machine.
