Today's WOTGF is this Sunbonnet Sue applique quilt. Such a classic design. Made by 'J' for a new baby!

Quilting Design: Stars & Loops
I figure its been SO long since I have had a giveaway, so I have decided to have one!
I will be giving away 5 patterns of Rosalie Quinlan's brand new pattern 'Mauritian Bloom Pattern Holder'! Isn't it lovely?! I will post anywhere in the world so don't be shy!
If you would like to go in the draw, just post a comment on this post! I would love to know if you get your own quilts done by a long arm quilter or you can just pop in and say hi! Please only comment once. No extra entries for blogging about it, becoming a follower, just plain and simple - a comment is enough :+) I will draw the winner next WOTGF post!

I send all my large quilts out to a long arm quilter, have yet to have the time or patience to do my own yet maybe after this year when I finally finish my 2 years of study.
Thanks for the chance to win such a lovely pattern I've been eyeing this pattern of in your shop everyttime I visit :) Barb.

wow that sunbommet is gorgeous and as usual your quilting is perfect for it..no I don't send my quilts out to a long armer ..I just do them on my domestic machine(painfully at times I might add)..then there is oemn that are just too big and hang waiting for the day...Rosalie's pattern is gorgeous..cheers Vickie
Hi Sarah, I enjoy seeing the quilts you are working on...I have been making smaller quilts lately that I simply quilt myself..I do have some large tops sitting in the cupboard while I decide what to do with them..
Lovely work as always Sarah!
I send some out to be quilted and then attempt to quilt the rest myself.
That's a sweet design for a baby quilt Sarah. I have had a few quilts done by long-arm but when you start out some don't warrant the cost. With more time I guess I would make more bigger items & need more longarm quilting done. I live in hope for those days... Tracee xx
I quilt small quilts by hand, table runners and some medium size ones by machine (mostly in the ditch and straight lines as I am not confident to do anything else!)
and larger ones I have professionally quilted. Always enjoy your blog!
I quilt my small quilts on my sewing machine and I also like to do hand quilting on some but I have had a John Watts quilter for a good while (not game to say how long) and have my first quilt on it at the moment. Only half done as I keep putting off finishing it. Hugs....
Such preety pattern, thanks for the chance!
HI Sarah - Love your blog and the pattern. I quilt all my own quilts and many others (I have my own longarm machine!!)
Leanne
I love your quilting. I quilt all my own quilts on my Designer 1. Maybe not quite as professional but I enjoy the quilting process. I'd love my own long arm machine but there is no way it would fit in my house!
I quilt my small quilts but send my large ones out. Really love all of Rosalie's patterns, thanks for the chance to win these.

Ive never sent a quilt out to be quilted........quite often think I should because I have a few tops that are just hanging around.
Love the star stitching x
Sarah, great job on the quilting, love the design, lucky baby having that!
I am not a quilt maker (yet!) but if i was i'm sure i would leave the quilting to a pro.
Thanks for the opportunity to win one of these fab patterns
I've never sent my quilts out to be quilted!
Thanks for a lovely giveaway!
i always admire the wonderful quilting you do
I'm lucky i can quilt my quilts on the long arm at work, one of the many benefits of my job at the quilt shop. lol
It is a lovely pattern. :)
I have never had quilting done professionally. I (mostly) enjoy the process when I quilt at home, so haven't felt the need.
