Country Fair - top done!

I managed to do that centre applique block for my Country Fair quilt.  Pretty happy I did it too cause I love it!  I blanket stitched it on instead of needle-turn.

And, I have managed to stitch the borders around it and attach all those pieced blocks:

I had a bit of a play with fabric to see what blocks I did and didn't want:

And, managed to get the outer borders on and now its ready to be quilted!!

Totally *love* this quilt.  Now to get it quilted......... Wont be for a while, no doubt early next year, but that's ok as it will give me plenty of time to decide what I want!

It's so pretty Sarah! Great job on the applique, a beautiful centre for the quilt. LOL, seeing yours makes me want to start mine but I have (quite) a few other projects to work on first.... what fabric did you get for the backing???
