Baking.... and a gift peep

Australia Day: Getting our pizza dough ready! Here is DH rolling it out:
Have you seen these Pastry Mats? Talk about FABULOUS! We love it! It is made from silicone, and it is quite large. You roll your dough out on it, biscuit dough etc and also cut your scones on it. I used to use a chopping board, but sometimes it would be too small, therefor I had to use the bench which I hated doing. Then I came across these! They were on sale a month or so before Christmas for only $20 (they were $50!!):
It also has circle measurements, and a measurement around the edges. They are easy peasy to wash too.... Just put it in the sink and wash off..... SO much easier than using the bench that's for sure!
Tonight we are off to celebrate our niece's house warming. I made her a special something:
Only a sneak peep for now.........

The silicone mats are also good to use when using fusible applique. I have two....one for baking and one for applique. You got a great price on yours.
