It was a Winter Gathering

Today both Roseanne and Myself went to Evandale to the 'Winter Gathering'! Guest Tutors for the day were Natalie Ross, Gail Pan as well as the lovely ladies from Blue Willow Cottage. We had the BEST time!!

Here is the hall near the end of the day..... nearly forgot to take some pics!

I can tell you that the projects for the day were just GORGEOUS and it was SO hard to choose what to make!! Check out these cute little things:

A little bag, needle-book and a glasses case with the cutest little Ladybird on them, designed by the Ladybird Queen Natalie!!..... They are definitely on MY to-do list VERY soon - I think I will start with the Needle-case as I have an old one!! Roseanne decided to try her hand at the needle-turn method as she had never tried it before and a good job she did.........

Here is one of Gail's designs..... a Stitchers Pocket Bag! There are a couple of inside pockets to place your pattern and bits in to take on the go!

Here is another of Gail's design..... a little stitchery called 'Little Red House':

AND, here is another of Gail's projects..... remember that little snippet she gave a while ago.... Well, here are those 'pink' projects! A lovely little wall hanging and a button bag! SOOOO cute!!

I decided to make Gail's little wall hanging, and this was my progress from the day! Not much, think I may have been too busy talking lol..... or shopping LOL

There were a a few stalls set up for the day, Blue Willow Cottage, Petite Point and Pauline from Calico Crossroads all had a great selection!
Here they are! Gail and Natalie! Thanks SO much ladies for such a FUN day, I really had a ball xx

Gail had a few of her samples there from her new book - due out in August!! AND, I must say, it was all SO GORGEOUS!! I took a pic, but not sure if I can share...... I should really let her do that :+)
Anyway, I had better get off to bed! I have a heap of emails to sort through, but since I had arrived home I have done nothing but sit and stitch.... so I will get to that tomorrow!
I hope you are all enjoying your weekend
x Sarah

Glad you had a great day ... I was thinking of you. The projects all look lovely. The weather was horrid down here so even though I'd liked to have come, I was glad to not be travelling.
