A new design by *ME*

After reading Christine's blog about her trouble with uploading pictures one at a time, got me thinking...... hmmmmmm..... how do you do bulk....... I usually do one pic at a time...... YAY!! I found out how to do it..... LOL!! AND, how quick are they to load??!!
Anyway, for the past week, I have been making this quilt for a friends bub which is due in 3 weeks!! She is having a boy and I just find it so difficult to make boy stuff!! I found this *great* fabric at the local spotlight store - the nursery rhyme Hickory Dickory Dock. This is MY very own design too!!!

This quilt is big enough for a cot! Here is a close up of my freehand loop quilting. It didnt take too long to do it...........

The whole quilt top took only afew hours to get it completed.......

Recently, I stumbled accross the blog of Leanne and Catherine who actually joined me in the Pay It Forward Challange. They are both from Launceston, near my home and are new to blogging. Check out their blogs, they are very talented ladies!!!

Great quilt Sarah. Love the Hickory Dickory Dock fabric. I'm sure you're friend will too. Finally done a post about the Pay It Forward Challenge - I hadn't forgotten, just a bit slack this week! Happy stitching.
